Dholera Special Investment Region Activates Automated Underground Utilities Corridor for Heavy Industry
Phase 1 activation covers 22 square kilometers of smart city trunk infrastructure, attracting automotive and green tech titans.

Spanning water recycling, industrial gas, high-voltage power conduits, and optical fiber loops, all civic utilities are housed within accessible walk-through subterranean tunnels, eliminating the need for future road excavations.
State industrial development officials confirmed that two international electric vehicle battery manufacturers and a precision aerospace component maker have taken possession of large industrial plots within the activation area, with commercial operations slated to commence by late 2027.
